Rezki's Online Services & Delivery Policies:
- Cash on delivery available for whole country.
- For general purposes, Rezki’s delivery process takes a minimum of 3-5 business days. However, for special purposes, it can take as little as 48 hours. For these types of confirmations, you should explain this at the time of placing your order.
- Deliveries will be done all over Bangladesh as per costumers’ directions.
- For outside Dhaka, the customers need to pay the full amount including delivery charges before head via Bkash / Nagad or bank payment. Outside Dhaka we are including areas: Turag,Demra, Keraniganj, Gazipur, Kamrangirchor, Tongi , beraid & Narayangonj etc.
- For All the Delivery: You must clearly mention your nearest courier branch name as the deliveries will be done via Pathao Home Delivery or your choosable courier services.
- Deliveries will be done by first come first serve basis.
- As we will be using third party for delivering your products, some unwanted situations might occur. We will be expecting the customers to co-operate.
- If you face any difficulties with your delivery men while receiving your packages you must file complain immediately at our Facebook page or via email or complain box with proper evidence. We will be immediately taking actions and notify the delivery company. We are enough concern to provide best services to our consumer.
