Rezki's Return/Exchange & Refund Policies:
- Please ensure that your information, such as phone numbers and addresses, is accurate and up to date. For locations inside and outside Dhaka, make sure to clearly specify the name of your requirement nearby courier branch name and location.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped or the delivery person has arrived at your doorstep. If this occurs, the website will automatically update the status. Cancellations will not be accepted more than 6 hours after placing the order.
- Please respond immediately when the delivery person calls. If the delivery agent is unable to reach you, your parcel will be automatically canceled after 2 days.
- You or the recipient of your packages must inspect them in front of the delivery person. Once the delivery person leaves, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
- Please keep your receipt when addressing any issues. Without a receipt, the company will not accept any claims or be responsible for any incidents under any circumstances.
- If you receive the wrong package, or if any products are missing or faulty, please contact our Facebook page or helpline immediately while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery person leaves, no issues will be accepted.
- If you receive the wrong package or if any issues arise with your product or package, our team will send the correct items within 2-4 days after discussions are completed.
